With the blessing of our Father and Chief Shepherd, Archbishop Makarios of Australia, on Wednesday the 14 August 2024, Bishop Silouan of Adelaide, had the pleasure to officiate at a Divine Liturgy for all students of St George College.
Bishop Silouan spoke about the special celebration of the Dormition of the Theotokos and explained how she went to the Kingdom of Heaven. Bishop Silouan also spoke about the Mother of God and the love that she has for all of us. His Grace shared that everyone gathered at this Liturgy gathered to share the presence of Christ amongst everyone.
Bishop Silouan of Adelaide conveyed the warm wishes and paternal love of our spiritual Father and Archbishop, Archbishop Makarios of Australia. He also thanked the Principal Mr. Karamoshos and the staff of the College for their tireless efforts and the students for their respectful behaviour.
