There are two types of people in the Church.
Those who want to cure their sins and those who want to cover them.
Those who want to repent and those who want to remain sinful.
Those who want to serve their neighbor and those who want to be served.
Those who want their life to be fully dedicated to Jesus and those who want Jesus to be part of their lives whenever they need Him.
Those who want Jesus and those who want something from Him.
Those who struggle to find their inner self and those who are superficial.
Those who come to Church in order to repent as if they were repentant thief or promiscuous woman, and those who remain unrepentant like the Pharisees.
Those who ask Jesus for help to carry their cross and those who reject the cross and throw it away.
Those who want Jesus to be their Father and Guide in their lives and those who want him to judge and punish the others.
Those who see Christ as a person and those who see Christ as an idol.
Those who see Orthodoxy as the revelation of God and those who see it as a secular religion.
Jesus belongs to everybody. Jesus loves and accepts everyone. He can forgive everyone and embrace all the people. However, there are people who do not want to accept Jesus and not the other way around.
Lack of repentance means that Jesus calls me to run into His arms and I do not go because I DO NOT WANT.
Everything is a matter of choice. Even judgement.
There are two crosses: on the left, the Divine Cross, and on the right.
Life has two choices.
There are two paths for the Church: the path to repent and the path not to repent.
One path leads to Jesus and the other to the abyss.
Everything is a matter of choice.
I wish you to follow to path of repentance.
