Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary for Relations with States, visited the Ecumenical Patriarchate on Thursday, February 29, and was warmly welcomed by Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.
The meeting was attended by Elder Metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon and Archbishop Marek Solczyński, Apostolic Nuncio in Turkey and Azerbaijan.
