On the feast day of the memory of Saint Gregory the Theologian, Archbishop of Constantinople, the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, accompanied by Great Protosyncellus Gregory, went on Thursday, January 25, 2024, to the Holy Monastery of Zoodochos Pigi at Baloukli, and performed a Trisagion for the repose of the soul of his predecessor Gregory VII (1923-1924), who had given the Tomos Autocephaly to the Holy Church of Poland, and had founded the Holy Metropolis of the Princes’ Islands, as well as the Holy Archdiocese of Australia, which this year celebrates its centenary.
