With the blessing of Archbishop Makarios of Australia, the Archdiocesan District of Canberra and Tasmania, has scheduled a series of lectures to be held at Hobart, Tasmania, aimed at enhancing participants’ knowledge and deepening their spirituality.
The lectures will be given in English, by distinguished speakers from the Holy Archdiocese of Australia and the St Andrew’s Greek Orthodox Theological College.
The lectures will begin on Tuesday, May 11 at 6 p.m., with a lecture given by Fr. Panagiotis Mavromatis at the Holy Trinity Parish in Hobart.
Four more lectures will follow, which will be hosted at the two Greek Orthodox parishes of the city, until Tuesday, June 8.
