The Church of Russia responded immediately regarding the reports on the health of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.
A part of the Press reported that the Primate of the Church of Russia cancelled his trip to Saint Petersburg because of health issues.
“Lately, Patriarch Kirill had a very stressful program, so he decided to take a break and relax for a few days”, stated the Press Secretary Fr. Alexander Volkov.
According to Fr. Alexander, the Patriarch had scheduled to visit St. Petersburg during the weekend, May 4-5, but his visit was rescheduled for the end of the month.
