On Tuesday, August 6, 2019, on the Feast of the Transfiguration of Christ, at 7:00 pm, the enthronement ceremony of the new Metropolitan of Kition, Nektarios, will be held, at the Sotiros Church in Larnaca.
In a statement, the Metropolis of Kition invites all believers to participate “in this great Ecclesiastical event of joy of the Church of Kition.”
At the end of the ceremony the Metropolitan will receive the wishes of the officials and the people and a reception will take place for everyone in the gardens of the Holy Metropolis of Kition.
