On Sunday evening the 10th of April at the parish of St Vasilios in Brunswick, Bishop Evmenios of Kerasounta officiated over the last Lenten Vespers for the year.
The Bishop found this opportunity to thank everyone, clergy, and laity for attending these services during Great Lent but also expressed His Eminence’s appreciation and His to the Chanters who diligently dedicate their time and attend these services and make them possible.
On behalf of Archbishop Makarios of Australia, Bishop Evmenios wished the chanters and everyone in attendance strength and patience for the upcoming Holy Week.
Bishop Evmenios also encouraged the faithful to actively participate in the services of Holy Week to attain strength and courage from what our Holy Church provides us at this time.
Bishop Evmenios also conveyed the love and affection of Archbishop Makarios of Australia to all and wished them a good Resurrection.
