Tomorrow the Deputy Minister for Expatriate Greeks Antonis Diamataris shall visit Cyprus for two days in order to participate in the World Congress of Cypriot Diaspora.
During his stay in Cyprus, according to a statement from the Foreign Ministry, the Deputy Minister is expected to meet with the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Anastasiadis and Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulidis. In addition, he will meet with the President of the Cypriot Parliament Dimitris Syllouris, and the Presidential Commissioner for Humanitarian and Overseas Affairs, Fotis Fotiou.
The Deputy Minister will also have a meeting and a working lunch with Archbishop Chrysostomos II of Cyprus.
Tripartite meeting between Greece, Cyprus and Armenia on Diaspora Issues
During his visit, a tripartite meeting will be held between Greece, Cyprus and Armenia on Diaspora issues, with the participation of Mr. Diamataris, Mr. Fotiou and Mr. Sinanyan respectively.
In addition, the Deputy Minister shall meet with representatives of expatriate organizations.
