The Church commemorates the Hieromartyrs Agathadorus, Aetherius, Basil, Elpidius and Eugene and Saints Nestor and Arcadius, Bishops of Tremithous.
The Cypriot Bishops, Arcadius and Nestor lived during the first Christian centuries. They were notable for their struggles against the idols.
In fact, they helped many pagans to convert to the true faith and to be baptized Orthodox Christians. They were both great hierarchs of the Diocese of Saint Spyridon of Tremithous.
