With the blessing of Archbishop Nikitas of Thyateira and Great Britain, 5 more graduates of the 7th Season of the Archdiocesan Discover Orthodoxy Class were baptized by the Archimandrite Nephon Tsimalis, Protosyncellus, on St. Thomas Sunday, 12th May 2024, at the Holy Church of St. Nektarios the Wonder-Worker in Battersea, London.
Among those assisting, was the Protopresbyter Christodoulos Christodoulou, priest-in-charge of the most hospitable parish. Following the sacred service, the newly-illumined Orthodox Christians received the Holy Eucharist for the first time. The 7th Season of online catechism has offered the Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain nearly 100 new adherents.
