Last evening Bishop Bartholomew of Charioupolis visited Hobart, Tasmania, and presided at the Great Compline service at the church of St George.
Assisting Bishop Bartholomew was Parish Priest of Holy Trinity Hobart Reverend Father Dimitrios Katsis.
Following the service, Bishop Bartholomew gave a talk on Holy Week. He explained the historical and theological significance of each day of Holy Week.
In conclusion, Bishop Bartholomew conveyed the love and blessings of Archbishop Makarios of Australia and on His behalf wished everyone a happy and blessed feast of Easter.
