On Thursday, 7th September 2023, Archbishop Nikitas of Thyateira and Great Britain hosted at the Archdiocesan Headquarters a book launch for Archimandrite Isidoros Katsos’ recent book entitled, The Mataphysics of Light, published by Oxford University Press.
In honor of this significant and joyous event, the Archdiocese held a garden reception with a special performance by the Mosaic Choir following the formal presentation.
Over 80 participants were present for the book launch. Among those in attendance were: Bishop Iakovos of Claudiopolis, Rowan Williams, Archimandrite Andrew Louth, Demetri Conomos, and Christos Goulas, Head of Consular Office, Embassy of the Hellenic Republic in London.
The Holy Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain collectively express its congratulations and heartfelt wishes to Archimandrite Isidoros Katsos and prays that his pastoral and academic tenure will continue creatively, dynamically, and with divine inspiration.
