Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia plans to visit North Korea, according to Russian Orthodox Church Patriarchate Press Office Director, priest Alexander Volkov.
“Patriarch Kyrill plans to visit North Korea, but it is still too early to set specific dates,” said Alexander Volkov.
Earlier, Metropolitan Sergios, Patriarchal Exarch of South-East Asia, announced that Patriarch Cyril will soon visit North Korea upon invitation by Kim Jong Un.
It is worth mentioning that Patriarch Cyril have visited Pyongyang in 2006 when he was Metropolitan.
