According to the statement published on Telegram: “The President of Ukraine has officially received a draft from the United States which, according to the American side’s assessment, could activate diplomacy.”
The Ukrainian presidency emphasized its readiness to engage constructively: “We are ready now, as we were before, to work constructively with the American side, as well as with our partners in Europe and across the world, so that the outcome is peace.”
