With the Vesper held on Saturday, June 29, at the Sacred Rock of Areopagus, the celebrations for the Apostle of the Nations and the founder of the Church of Greece, Apostle Paul, were concluded.
Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece officiated during the Festal Vesper, among hierarchs of the Church of Greece, deputies, representatives of the Security and Armed Forces, clergy and faithful congregation.
Archimandrite Gregory Papathomas read the panegyric of the day, entitled: “Apostle Paul and the Parthenon. The Counteraction between Resurrection and Harmony at the level of Ontology”.
