The United States Department of State announced that the United States is offering a reward of up to 10 million dollars for information regarding the whereabouts and activities of senior figures within Iran’s leadership.
According to the announcement, the reward program seeks information particularly related to members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the ideological military force of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The reward also includes information concerning Mojtaba Khamenei, the newly appointed Supreme Leader of Iran, as well as Ali Larijani, head of the country’s Security Council.
In its statement, the U.S. State Department called on individuals with relevant knowledge to come forward, stressing that the reward is part of broader efforts aimed at monitoring and addressing the activities of Iran’s leadership and security structures.
