On the weekend of November 7 and 8, 2020, a two-day catechism program for the children of the parish took place in the parish of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in the city of Jeonju. The topic of the two-day discussion was: “Our freedom in Christ”
The program began on Saturday with the morning service in the holy temple. Then followed the first discussion on the topic of the two-day catechism and afterwards the children had fun doing a variety of activities.
The next day the children participated in Orthros and the Sunday Divine Liturgy. Then they read and commented on a translated book in Korean, written by Christos Gousidis: “The visit to the loft”, which refers to the childhood of Saint Nektarios on the occasion of his feast.
With the communal meal of love and the discussion that followed, with God’s help, the two-day camp at Jeonju ended.
