Pope and Patriarch Theodore of Alexandria and All Africa is expected to celebrate Christmas in Cairo.
According to the announcement of the Cairo Patriarchal Committee, the great feast of the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ will be celebrated on Friday, December 25, 2020, at the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas in Hamzawi, Cairo, in the presence of the Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa.
Patriarch Theodore will preside over the Divine Liturgy from 8.30 in the morning and then will receive the wishes of the officials and residents in the Throne Room of the Patriarchal Committee.
