The Minister of National Education of the Republic of Turkey, Yusuf Tekin, visited the Theological School of Halki last Saturday, May 25, 2024.
The Minister was received by Bishop Kassianos of Arabissos, Abbot of the Holy Monastery of the Holy Trinity, where the facilities of the School are located. He was accompanied by Tritevon Varnavas, Hieromonk Meletios Stefanatos, who serves at the Monastery, and the esteemed Professor Georgios Stephanopoulos, President of the Foundation of the Monastery and the Educational Institution.
During his visit, the Minister of Education was informed about the ongoing renovation projects of the school complex and visited the library.
