The Minister of Culture of Greece, Lina Mendoni, accompanied by the Ambassador of Greece to France, Aglaia Balta, and her close associates paid a visit to the Holy Metropolis of France and to Metropolitan Dimitrios on Monday, November 22, 2021.
The meeting took place in a warm atmosphere as, as the Metropolitan noted, the visit of the Minister is an exceptional joy and honor both for him personally and for the Metropolis.
Various issues concerning the Holy Metropolis of France were discussed, especially the issue of the Metropolitan Church of St. Stephen.
The Minister, knowing the history and importance of the monument, expressed the desire of the Ministry and the Greek Government to assist in the efforts for its further promotion.
