The new Metropolitans, Athanasios of Siatista, Antonios of Glyfada and Klimis of Peristeri gave the legally required affirmation to the President of the Republic, Mr Prokopis Pavlopoulos, at the presence of Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and all Greece, on Wednesday, April 10.
The Minister of Education, Research and Religious Affairs, Mr. Kostas Gavroglu, was also present.
According to Romfea.gr, the enthronement of Metropolitan Klimis of Peristeri will take place on Thursday, April 18, while the one of Bishop Athanasios of Siatista, will be held on Friday, April 19.
Finally, the date of the enthronement of Metropolitan Antonios of Glyfada has not yet been set.
