On 25-27 June 2025, Metropolitan Job of Pisidia visited the Holy Metropolis of Demetrias and Almyros, at the invitation of Volos Academy, to participate in their Summer School.
Metropolitan Job delivered lectures on the relations between the Orthodox Church and other Christian Churches, particularly on the contribution of the Orthodox Church to the Ecumenical Movement and about the theological dialogue with the Roman Catholic Church.
Besides his lectures, Metropolitan Job met with the local archpastor, Metropolitan Ignatios of Demetrias and Almyros, with the Protosyngelos, Archimandrite Amphilochios Miltos, who has been his student in Paris, and with the Director of the Volos Academy, Dr. Pantelis Kalaitzidis.
During his stay, the Metropolitan of Pisidia visited the Holy Monastery of the Holy Archangels of Pelion, where he attended the vespers and addressed the sisters.
