This week the Hellenic College Holy Cross was delighted to welcome back Metropolitan Constantine of Denver to the HCHC campus, his first time in his new capacity as Metropolitan.
He is an MDiv graduate of 1994 and classmates with President Demetrios S. Katos.
He presided over Vespers on Monday, July 29th and Tuesday, July 30th and also offered a Trisagion service for the three hierarchs resting behind the Holy Cross Chapel, namely, Archbishop Iakovos of North and South America, Metropolitan Silas of New Jersey, and Bishop Gerasimos of Abydos.
The Trisagion service held particular significance as it was held on the birthday of Archbishop Iakovos. Moreover, Metropolitan Silas of New Jersey had ordained Metropolitan Constantine to the Diaconate and Priesthood.
