African students of the School “Athanasios the Great”, which is located in the patriarchal monastery of St. Savvas of Alexandria, chanted the Christmas carols to Patriarch Theodore II of Alexandria and All Africa.
With a wonderful Greek performance, despite the fact that the students have recently come to Egypt and the headquarters of the Patriarchate, the African students, in the presence of the Bishop of Tamiathus chanted in a wonderful way the traditional carols, following the Greek customs and traditions.
The African students were blessed by Patriarch Theodore, wishing Merry Christmas to all, shortly before leaving Alexandria for Cairo where he will perform the Christmas Divine Liturgy at St. Nicholas, on Christmas Day, at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral in the Patriarchal Committee of the Egyptian capital, Hamzawi, Cairo.
