With the blessing of Metropolitan Dorotheos II of Syros-Tinos, the Feast of the Transfiguration was celebrated at Evangelistria Church of Tinos, where the Left aisle is honored and is dedicated to the Transfiguration of the Savior, officiated by Metropolitan Panteleimon of Brazaville and Gabon (Patriarchate of Alexandria).
Metropolitan Panteleimon preached the Divine Word referring to the Feast of the Transfiguration and thanked Metropolitan Dorotheos for his brotherly feelings of love and reverence.
Before the end of the Divine Liturgy, the fruit of the vine was blessed and all the congregation received the offered grapes.
