The Evzones to attend the Greek Independence Day Parade in Philadelphia on March 20

After a two-year hiatus, Philadelphia will be the place to celebrate Greek Independence Day.

The Presidential Guard of Greece will be in attendance during the weekend of the Greek Independence Day Parade in Philadelphia. The Parade will step off at 2:00 pm and will be at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. On the evening of March 19, a Dignitaries Banquet will be held at Adelphia in Deptford, NJ.

This year will be the first Greek Independence Day Parade during the tenure of Archbishop Elpidophoros of America. In fact, this will be the first Greek Independence Day Parade in the entire world post-pandemic.
