The Ecumenical Patriarchate announced that, in honor of the Feast of Saint Solomoni, whose sacred relic is kept in the Patriarchal Church, sacred services will be held in the church.
Specifically, on Thursday, July 31, the eve of the feast, a festive Vespers service will be conducted at 4:30 p.m. by Metropolitan Eirinaios of Myriophyton and Peristasis.
The following day, Friday, August 1, the Divine Liturgy will be celebrated by the same hierarch.
The saint’s relic will be on display on the solea of the church for veneration by devout Christians.
All faithful Christians are invited to participate in the services and honor the memory of Saint Solomoni.
