Following an honorary invitation from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of the Republic of Turkey, the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew will travel to Ankara tomorrow, Wednesday, February 11, 2026, to attend a dinner hosted at the Beştepe Presidential Complex in honor of Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
During his brief visit to Ankara, the Ecumenical Patriarch will be accompanied by Elder Metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon, who has also been invited. Together, they will return late in the evening to the Holy See of the Great Church of Christ.
