Archbishop Ieronymos II of Athens and All Greece was visited this morning by the Deputy Minister of Finance in charge of Fiscal Policy, responsible for the management of the Recovery Fund, Theodoros Skylakakis.
The Archbishop welcomed the minister and was interested in learning about the ongoing issues. Skylakakis referred to the existing difficulties and talked about issues of common interest.
Then the Αrchbishop received the General Director of the Family Support Center (KESO)-Ecclesiastical Foundation of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens, Mairi Pini. Pini handed over to the Archbishop the Government Gazette in which the granting of the Lifelong Learning Center is published and informed the Archbishop about the new educational programs that will be carried out, as well as about the ways that the programs will be taught, since several of them will be done remotely, while where physical presence is required all protection measures against coronavirus will be taken according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs.
