As part of this year’s event, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Zambia and Mozambique, under the spiritual leadership of Metropolitan Ioannis of Zambia and Mozambique, took an active part by presenting the Greek pavilion under the theme:”Entrepreneurship, Greek Orthodox Tradition, and the Olympic Ideal.”
The pavilion served as a focal point for showcasing and promoting Greek Orthodox tradition, religion, tourism, Greek culture, the Olympic Ideal, traditional Greek gastronomy, and the arts, highlighting how faith and cultural heritage can foster creativity, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.
Visitors also had the opportunity to sample authentic Greek cuisine and enjoy traditional Greek music.
Through its participation in the Africa Creative Market, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Zambia and Mozambique showcased the richness and enduring legacy of the Archdiocese while reaffirming its steadfast commitment to promoting intercultural dialogue, preserving cultural heritage, strengthening the creative economy, and contributing to one of Africa’s leading platforms for creativity, innovation, and international cooperation.
