On Tuesday, the 30th of September 2025, the Divine Liturgy at the Horrendous Golgotha, which was celebrated by Archbishop Theophanes of Gerash, was followed by the 40-day memorial of the late Archimandrite Innokentios of the Holy Sepulchre Brotherhood, Patriarchal Commissioner in Madaba of Jordan and founder of the Church of the Dormition of the Theotokos in Hannina district in Madaba.
Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem presided, with the co-celebration of Hierarchs and Archimandrites of the Holy Sepulchre and Archdeacon Mark, with the chanting of the chief cantor of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Deacon Eustathios, and with the prayer of monks, nuns and faithful honouring his memory.
The Holy Sepulchre Brotherhood prays for the repose of his soul “in the land of the living” (Ps. 27:13).
