Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece presided over the service, joined by Metropolitans Dorotheos of Syros, David of Grevena, Stephanos of Philippi, Philotheos of Thessaloniki, Athanasios of Siatista, Ierotheos of Limnos, Ioustinos of Nea Krini, Daniel of Kaisariani, Ephraim of Hydra, Seraphim of Piraeus, and Ignatios of Demetrias.
The President of the Hellenic Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, honored the Divine Liturgy with her presence, underscoring the national and religious significance of the feast for the country.
The festal sermon was delivered by Metropolitan Dorotheos of Syros, who emphasized the Sunday of Orthodoxy as a day marking the triumph of faith and the unity of the Church.
