An Archieratical Concelebration is taking place this morning at the Cathedral of Athens, where the ordination of Archimandrite Theologos Alexandrakis, Director of the Pastoral Training Foundation of the Archdiocese of Athens, is being held as Bishop of Talantion.
The Divine Liturgy is presided over by Metropolitan Damaskinos of Didymoteicho, concelebrating with Metropolitans Ioustinos of Kalamaria, Maximos of Ioannina, Gavriil of Nea Ionia, Epiphanios of Mantineia, Pavlos of Corinth, Athenagoras of Ilion, Ierotheos of Lemnos, Nikolaos of Mesogaia, and Andreas of Arkalochori.
Archimandrite Theologos was elected Bishop of Talantion by the Holy Synod of the Hierarchy of the Church of Greece on October 9.
