On Friday, June 28, 2024, Metropolitan Apostolos of New Jersey celebrated the Hierarchical Great Vespers at the St. Athanasios Greek Orthodox Church in Paramus, New Jersey in honor of his Nameday.
Metropolitan Apostolos was joined by over 30 clergy from throughout the sacred Metropolis, as well as faithful parishioners who had traveled by near and far in order to celebrate together with their beloved Chief Shepherd. In his Archpastoral remarks, Metropolitan Apostolos thanked all of the clergy and people for all that they have been doing for the Church and for the Metropolis, expressed his love and prayers for all the people of our sacred Metropolis, and requested their continued support and prayers for his Archpastoral ministry. Following the Great Vespers a celebratory dinner in honor of His Eminence’s Nameday was offered by the community, together with the members of the Pan Gregorian Enterprises of New Jersey.
