On Thursday, June 1, at 15:00 – 16:00, the 26th lecture of the second cycle of online courses “Health and Religion” will be held, which is curated and coordinated by Emeritus Professor of Surgery, Fr. Dimitris Linos.
The lecture is titled “Radical extension of life from the point of view of Orthodoxy” and will be given by Fr. Perry Hamalis, Professor of Religion at the North Central College, IL.
The speech will be given in English.
The purpose of the free courses is to inform health professionals and anyone else who is interested in the therapeutic role that religion can play in the health of all of us.
The course is organized by the Prolepsis Institute and is under the auspices of the Medical School of Athens and the Panhellenic Medical Association.
