The Patriarch of Romania on January 12, 2020, welcomed the representatives of the Romanian Orthodox Christian Students Association (ASCOR) following a meeting of the association’s national council held at the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Bucharest.
Patriarch Daniel congratulated the ASCOR members and encouraged them to continue their ‘rich and dynamic’ activities.
During the meeting at the patriarchal residence, the Patriarch referred to ASCOR’s 30th anniversary that will be marked this year through several celebrations.
The Association of Orthodox Christian Students in Romania was founded on June 14, 1990, in Bucharest.
