Patriarch Daniel of Romania exercised his civic duty on Sunday during the Parliamentary Elections. The Patriarch cast his vote at the “Ienăchiță Văcărescu” General School in Bucharest at approximately 5:30 PM.
By the time Patriarch Daniel voted, voter turnout had surpassed 44% of those registered on the electoral lists. Of the 18,008,555 Romanians registered as permanent voters, approximately 8 million had already cast their ballots.
