On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, the Romanian Orthodox Church celebrates the 18th anniversary of the enthronement of Patriarch Daniel of Romania.
Since the autumn session of the Holy Synod of the Romanian Orthodox Church is being held on September 29–30, 2025, in preparation for the upcoming consecration of the National Cathedral and for discussions on other agenda items, the anniversary will be marked in a synodal setting as an expression of gratitude to God for the blessings poured upon the Romanian Orthodox Church and upon His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel during 18 fruitful years of patriarchal ministry.
