Following the relaxation of the COVID-19 measures, a two-day retreat programme was organised on the weekend of the 14th and 15th of November 2020 in the parish of Saint Dionysios of Aegina in the city of Ulsan.
17 children attended the programme: 14 students of secondary education and 3 children of preschool age.
On Saturday morning, following the morning service, the first lesson took place inside the church on a general subject called “Liberated by Christ”. The students and the pupils discussed the subject during the weekend.
After the meal, the participants had the opportunity to play group games in the wonderful nearby park and the female volunteers of the parish taught them how to prepare a prosphoron (offering) for the celebration of the Divine Liturgy.
