The Standing Holy Synod reclassified today the posts of its Secretaries and Executives.
According to the decisions taken by the SHS at today’s meeting:
The position of the secretary of the Synodal Committee for Divine Worship and Pastoral Work is assumed by Archimandrite Savvas Zervas of the Metropolis of Hydra.
The position of the secretary of the Synodal Committee on Social Welfare and Charity is assumed by Archimandrite Cherubim Moustakas of the Metropolis of Larissa.
The position of the secretary of the Synodal Committee of Ecclesiastical Art, Music and Christian Monuments is assumed by the Archimandrite of the Archdiocese of Athens, Athenagoras Soupourtzis.
The new Codecographer of the Holy Synod is the Archimandrite of the Archdiocese of Athens, Nektarios Karsiotis.
The Archimandrite of the Archdiocese of Athens Maximos Mitraras is the new stamper.
These changes came as a result of the promotions of the Metropolitan of Lemnos, the Bishop of Rogoi and the General Director of the Central Financial Services of the Church of Greece who served in the above positions.
