The Holy Orthodox Arcdiocese of Accra, Côte d’Ivoire and Mali of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa announced that Mr Pachôme Marie Serge N’Goran Achija, resident of Côte d’Ivoire and former clergyman, has been placed by the Metropolitan of Accra under suspension from all sacred ministries, in accordance with the provisions of the Holy Canons of the Orthodox Church, due to extremely serious canonical violations.
He is also referred to the competent Synodal Court for further proceedings.
Mr Pachôme Marie Serge N’Goran Achija no longer belongs to the clergy of the Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa.
