On Saturday, October 12, 2024, the Holy Theological School of Halki welcomed groups of pilgrims from the Alumni Association of the Zosimaia School of Ioannina and the Asia Minor Association of Constantinople. The pilgrims were graciously received by the Abbot, Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos. Afterward, they paid a visit to the Church of the Holy Trinity and were given a tour of the Theological School’s historic halls, which have been closed since 1971, as well as its rich Library.
Additionally, on Friday, October 13, 2024, the Theological School was visited by the Council of Christian Churches in Germany, led by its President, Protopresbyter Fr. Konstantinos Myron. The Council members were warmly received by the Abbot and made a pilgrimage to the Church of the Holy Trinity. Following their tour of the building and the Library, they were hosted in the Monastery’s refectory by Elder Metropolitan Apostolos of Derkoi.
