On Friday of the first week of the Holy and Great Lent, February 27, 2026, Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia served the Akathist Hymn to the Most Holy Theotokos before her icon of the Three-Handed (Trojeručica) at the Church of Saint Sava in Vračar.
Concelebrating were members of the clergy brotherhood of the Saint Sava Cathedral, with the prayerful participation of Bishop Dositej of Lipljan, Vicar Bishop; professors and students of the Orthodox Theological Faculty in Belgrade; clergy of the Archdiocese of Belgrade-Karlovci; and the faithful people of God. The Serbian Byzantine Choir “Mojsije Petrović” chanted the hymns.
