Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the anniversary of your Patriarchal Enthronement.
In your years as Primate, your devotion and efforts have greatly revived church life and strengthened the faithful entrusted to your care. Under your Patriarchal omophorion, the Romanian Orthodox Church continues to proclaim the profound love of Christ (Eph. 3:19) and steadfastly upholds the Gospel’s unshakable ideals.
On this solemn occasion, I wish you peace, joy in the Lord, and may His grace continue to support you in your high priestly ministry.
