Patriarch Kirill of Moscow met with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova on July 23, 2026, at the Patriarchal and Synodal Residence in Moscow’s Danilov Monastery.
During the meeting, the Patriarch Kirill presented Golikova with the Order of Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna, Second Class, in recognition of her contribution to the development of relations between the Church and the Russian state.
According to the Moscow Patriarchate, “the decoration was also awarded in connection with a significant milestone in Golikova’s life.”
