Thereafter, the Patriarchal Commissioner, Metropolitan Hesychios of Capitolias, received on behalf of Patriarch Theophilos a large group of pilgrims from Russia, led by Metropolitan Therapon of Kostroma, as well as pilgrims from Romania.
