On Saturday, 29 August 2026, Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem received groups of pilgrims from Greece, Romania and Moldova. His Beatitude offered them Patriarchal and paternal counsel and admonition.
His Beatitude likewise received the Priest of the Community of Beer-Sheba, together with a group of faithful, who came to thank him for the financial contribution of the Patriarchate towards the acquisition of new premises, to be used as a place of worship until the construction of a Holy Church for their Community.
His Beatitude also received Amin Safia, representative of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society in Israel.
Finally, His Beatitude received Milad Alemi, who, together with his wife and children, came to pay their respects to him.
