I would like to appeal to the future government and the opposition to cooperate and listen to each other, said Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II of All Georgia after casting a vote.
The Patriarch voted through a portable ballot box. “I appeal to all Georgia to go to the polls. Hopefully, this election will bring the good. I want to appeal to the future government and the opposition to cooperate, to listen to each other. I am hopeful of the future. God bless Georgia and the whole world,” Ilia II said.
It is reminded that the 2020 parliamentary elections are being held in Georgia today.
