Patriarch John X of Antioch and All the East sent a congratulatory message to Archbishop Ioannis of Albania following his election to the Archiepiscopal See.
In his message, the Patriarch stated: “We received with joy the news of your election as Archbishop of Tirana and all Albania. We extend our heartfelt congratulations and pray that the Almighty God may bestow His divine blessings upon Your Beatitude, that you may serve the Church which He has redeemed.”
